How to become a spiritually mature christian

When we talk about a mature person we are referring to someone who has spiritually grown. Someone who is no longer driven by the standards of this world.

Remember that as you are growing God is in control of your life, you are not the one to decide whether you are ready for the real food, God is shaping your new life into his own likeness.

As a growing person you have to live by the bible. (Hebrews 5 14"solid food, on the other hand,is for adults, who through practise are able to distinguish between good and evil. Chapter 6 let us go forword, then, to mature teaching and leave behind us the first lessons of the christian message.") You study the scripture and you apply the scripture to your daily life by doing this you will receive blessings from God.(John 15:7 "if you remain in me and my words remain in you, then you will ask for anything you wish, and you shall have it").

(Hebrews 6:7"God blesses the soil which drinks in the rain that often falls on it and which grows plants that are useful to those for whom it is cultivated".

What is Faith? Hebrews 11-1 " to have faith is to be sure of the things we hope for, to be certain of the things we cannot see. Most of the People know faith. But they never really know the biblical  meaning of where it comes from and how it works. Where does Faith come from Romans 10:17 "So then Faith comes from hearing the message " And by doing Can I give you a challenge. Take your bible ask God to talk to you in his word ask for the light to see clearly what he is telling you. Ask for protection so that the forces of darkness will not try to steal the word that God is giving you. Study the message that God is giving you. How will i know the word that God is giving me? You will feel it, e.g sometimes you will find yourself in a situation  where your faith is lacking. And then you decide to study your bible then boom you find yourself reading Hebrews 11. Increasing in faith

Many people believe in God with their hearts but somehow they have doubts in their minds. I want you to remember one thing ; the greatest weapon satan uses against us is our minds. Lets say for example you read your bible in (Hebrews 11:3 "It is by faith that we understand that the universe was greated by God's word"). And then you start to think about it, this is where the devil comes in, when you start to think about it he puts questions in your mind. You will think how can God create the universe by his word how is that possible? And now the devil will make you meditate on it. You will think about it over and over again. Remember that your mind believes everything you tell it, and believe all the lies that the devil has told you. Dear friend now i am giving you a four weeks  challenge, i need you to believe that God exists and that he created the universe by his word.
